In 20 days, around 25.000 customers signed up for installments via the Invoice Portal and only 246 signed up via the Call Center. An important achievement in terms of digital adhesion that surpassed initial expectations.
The postponement and installment of invoices is just the beginning. Currently, Invillia and credsystem continue to work on new ways of payment.
