Action, Talents, Resilience_ Thanks to the 1804 candidates, congratulations to the 18 new [ insiders_ ° ]

It was not easy. Months of preparation, tests for the best and biggest edition of [ insiders_ ° ], the Invillia program that contributes to the future of future innovators.

This time, we have dedicated to creating a totally unprecedented experience, 100% digital, opening the opportunity for talents from anywhere to connect with us.

And there were many. 1804 people from more than 180 cities in Brazil applied, dreamed of an online vacancy at Invillia. On a journey that had as its main theme, the challenge of reaching our international station of innovation and collaboration, Instation.

We started with a first eliminatory test, with technical and logic tests. Difficult and already exciting. Only 56 were chosen to embark on the already famous HackDay. A gamified phase, in the middle of the “virtual space” Invillia. Where for 6 hours, candidates tested their knowledge, behavioral and emotional limits divided into teams of 8 crew members. In order to “regain control of a damaged aircraft” to land successfully on Instation. All with pressure, fun and a lot of learning. Testing skills, determination and other potentials. That is, the fit to be an “anywhere-brilliant-mind “, evolve and innovate for game-changers from around the world.

We are very proud of everyone and everything that happened, culminating in the recruitment of 18 talents who will now be trained and closely monitored. Trained to think, love technology. Encouraged to find solutions to complex problems, to dare and act to build what they believe_

“Like our professionals, who interact and develop solutions for our customers at Instation, it will be there that Insiders will be trained and experience everything about working with innovation for unicorns and large companies. That will prepare them, in fact, for what, in many companies, is still the future of work, but which, for us, is day-to-day”, says CEO Renato Bolzan, who commands Invillia’s global expansion from Lisbon.

Undoubtedly it was intense, a set of incredible moments that marked and enriched everyone. And already make us anxious for the next edition_
